Description
Vision Cooksfoot is known for its high yield and strong growth over all four seasons. This cultivar has a semi-erect to erect growth habit, with finer stems and leaf form than other Cocksfoot, but it is not overly dense, making it perfect for adding to a ryegrass and clover mix. Vision Cocksfoot has very good drought tolerance and is also winter active. It also has excellent persistence (5 years plus), and is suited to rotational grazing or set stocking. Another key feature of Vision Cocksfoot is its disease resistance, along with being tolerant to both grass grub and porina. It also does not cause stock grass staggers or heat stress.
