Delivery Across New Zealand
Wesco Seeds delivers nationwide across New Zealand. We understand that timing is critical when it comes to planting and pasture renewal, which is why we prioritise fast and reliable dispatch.
Dispatch Timeframes
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation during business days (Monday to Friday).
During peak seasonal periods such as autumn and spring sowing, dispatch times may be slightly extended due to high demand. We always aim to communicate proactively if delays occur.
Custom seed mixes may require additional preparation time depending on complexity and species availability.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery timeframes generally range between:
North Island: up to 10 working days
South Island: up tp 7 working days
Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 working days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary depending on courier networks, regional access, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.
Wesco Seeds is not liable for delivery delays caused by freight providers, weather events, supply disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Freight Charges
Freight costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Orders may be shipped via courier or freight carrier depending on order size and delivery location.
For large bulk orders or pallet quantities, freight may be quoted separately to ensure the most cost-effective delivery solution.

Rural and Farm Deliveries
Many of our customers operate from rural and farming properties. Please ensure:

Incorrect Delivery Information

Wesco Seeds is not responsible for delays or additional freight costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, absence of the recipient, or incorrect delivery details, additional freight or redelivery charges may apply.
Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided.
Wesco Seeds is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to goods after delivery has been completed by the freight provider.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you where available.
If you have not received tracking information, please contact our team and we will assist promptly.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved
We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Seed Availability
All products are subject to availability.
In the rare event that an item is out of stock or delayed due to supplier availability, seasonal constraints, or quality checks, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options or revised timeframes.
Bulk, Dealer and Custom Orders
Dealer accounts, large farm orders, and custom mixes may have specific freight arrangements or negotiated delivery terms.
